Supporting Wellness, Inclusion, and Connection for All

Community-Focused Programs That Inspire Well-Being

Our Programs

— Seniors’ Health & Wellness Programs

The pandemic has significantly impacted marginalized seniors, particularly Black Canadians. Our health and wellness programs are designed to support their physical, emotional, and mental well-being through wellness workshops, fitness and mobility classes, mental health support, social skills development, social gatherings to reduce isolation and so much more

— Food Bank & Hot Meals

We aim to provide access to healthy, hot and nutritious food for individuals and families facing food insecurity, partner with local organizations to ensure consistent food distribution and our emergency food relief program ensures that individuals and families facing hardship have immediate access to essential groceries.

— Community Engagement & Volunteerism

We provide opportunities for individuals to give back through volunteering and mentorship. ACSS also host social events, cultural celebrations, and networking opportunities, aimed at strengthening community bonds through shared experiences and advocacy initiatives.
